La magistrada Natalia Ángel Cabo manifestó su impedimento para participar en el trámite de revisión del expediente de la referencia, alegando estar incursa en la causal prevista en el artículo 56.5 del Código de Procedimiento Penal.

Esto, por la relación de amistad cercana que mantiene, desde hace quince años, con la magistrada ponente de la decisión contra la cual se presentó la solicitud de amparo.

Por resultar evidente el vínculo de amistad de la magistrada Ángel con una de las partes, lo cual podría comprometer la imparcial que debe ser garantizada para la adopción de la decisión de revisión que se deba adoptar, declara FUNDADO el impedimento formulado y se resuelve separar a la togada del conocimiento del proceso de tutela mencionado
